The main purpose for developing this EMIS application is to maintain and keeping
track of all Employees who are working in Government Institutes,DTE(DIRECTORATE
OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION,HEAD OFFICE) and its Regional offices in Maharashtra as well
as MSBTE and its regional offices . |

The objective of the software is to track Employees records and produce statistics,MIS
report of the Institute in very efficient manner and using all available resource.
The Application is accessible only to those Employess who are working in Goverment
Institutes,DTE and its regional offices in Maharashtra as well as MSBTE and its
regional offices. |

DTE Admin
DTE Admin will have all the authorities regarding the software Application
means DTE will be able to Manage/Control any Employee as well as any Institute. |

Institute
Admin
Institute Admin will have some low priority and authorities
related only to respective Institute and Employees of the same Institute. |
Employee
Employee will be able to access all his information but only some
part of application like editing some personal information will be allowed to the
Employee of him/herself only. |

Initially, all the records of the Employees were kept manually at the Institute
level.
Long Register files were used to keep in each and every entry of the Employee but
this process lead to various kinds of problems, like frequent calling of the Employee
information/compiling Employee information.
Through this application all the past history of the Employee is available at a
click with all the details of the Training required,Training performed ,Awards received,Book
published,Experiences in various fields etc.
All these and many other problem were taken under consideration and result in software
development, now every thing just a click away also report can be generated in desired
format.
